The imagery was inspired by Elmore James, Senior. The broom is from the song “Dust My Broom,” which means to leave a place. That is why there is also a bluesman walking away. The rain storm at the top symbolizes the song “The Sky is Crying.” Elmore James used to repair radios; hence, the old radio.
